A classic cheddar mac! Boil 250g of macaroni. In a saucepan, melt 150g of butter, add 150g of flour, and whisk in 600ml of milk. Stir in 400g of sharp cheddar cheese until melted. Mix with the macaroni, pour into a baking dish, and bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
