Wallace and Gromit Cheesy Bake

This cheesy bake is a family favorite! Boil 300g of macaroni. In a saucepan, melt 200g of butter, add 200g of flour, and slowly whisk in 800ml of milk. Stir in 500g of mixed cheeses: cheddar, mozzarella, and blue cheese. Combine with the macaroni, pour into a baking dish, and top with more cheese. Bake at 200°C for 30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
