Gromit's Gourmet Mac and Cheese

Gromit’s gourmet mac and cheese is a creamy delight! Cook 250g of elbow macaroni. For the sauce, melt 150g of butter, add 150g of flour, and whisk in 600ml of milk. Once thickened, add 400g of a mix of Gruyère and cheddar cheese. Stir until melted and smooth. Combine with the macaroni, top with breadcrumbs, and bake at 190°C for 25 minutes. Serve with a sprinkle of fresh parsley.
