Cheesy Wallace Mac and Cheese

This delightful mac and cheese recipe is inspired by Wallace's love for cheese. Start by boiling 200g of macaroni until al dente. In a separate pan, melt 100g of butter and stir in 100g of flour to create a roux. Gradually add 500ml of milk, whisking until smooth. Once thickened, mix in 300g of grated cheddar cheese, stirring until melted. Combine the cheese sauce with the macaroni, and bake in the oven at 180°C for 20 minutes until golden brown.
